You’re thinking about this too much like a one-way street. There is absolutely zero possibility that in an uncontested election in which Democrats gain seats in the House and Senate, and also win an electoral majority for the presidency, that Republicans are going to be able to rat-fuck things like this. Honestly, as I said in another thread, there would literally be judges hanging from lamp posts if they tried that nonsense. there would be civil war. Democrats have had the presidency taken from them twice in the last 20 years after having won the popular vote. Republicans trying to rat fuck their way into a presidential victory would end catastrophically.
