Any Jew in a prayer shawl is not “Ultra Orthodox” the fact that the man is wearing jewelry, rings and a watch, indicates that he is not ULTRA Orthodox.

At least it is better than last year when all the news services described the “festive celebrations of Tisha B’Av”
