No, he wasn’t. His actual actions as governor as Massachusetts say otherwise. He vetoed a bill that gives women who were raped access to day-after emergency contraception. The veto was overridden, but he vetoed it.
At most, you can say that he, in some cases, didn’t oppose being pro-choice. He himself wasn’t, and in many significant cases, like the above veto, he showed he wasn’t.
