OMG, This is so true! I have always had just indoor cats, but mostly because I knew it was easy for this to get diseases outdoors.

When we moved into our new house, with a doggy door, we realized the people who lived here before had a cat and decided to leave it behind. She is obviously an outdoor cat and all attempts to make her “proper” have failed over the years.

I shit you not, every time I go outside, I am worried about what I will find dead. It’s like a Clive Barker book out there.

my very first pet was a calico named judy - she was a hybrid outdoors/indoor cat - and she used to leave “presents” usually a rat head or a shrew.
