Moreover, a person being elected to office does not give up his or her right to private E-mail or letters. That was the whole of the claim wingnuts were trying to make over Hillary Clinton’s “missing” E-mails (her private mail she was not required by any law to turn over).

If you are using a gov’t computer, your right to use private email on that computer is significantly limited.
