Trump’s Chief of Staff was on Face the Nation spinning like a top.

1. Trump is willing to shut down the gov’t again in three weeks.
2. We’re facing a serious humanitarian and security crisis.
3. Trump doesn’t WANT to shut down the gov’t so don’t make him do it.
4. Rank and file democrats in the House agree with Trump, but Nancy Pelosi is so mean.

#4 is really the biggest thing they’re gonna take away from this whole shitshow: “The House Dems wanted to vote for a wall, but Nancy wouldn’t let them!” That means Nancy is a Speaker the likes we have not seen since Tip O’Neill. She commands power and respect in her caucus that John of Orange and the Zombie-Eyed Granny Starver could never have hoped to wield within their own.
