2 shots of Malibu, 1/2 cup hot water, and a solid squeeze of lime juice (coz that’s what I’ve got). Bottoms up, y’all.

cheers, I finally opened one of the bottles of white wine sitting in my cupboard to go along with my salmon, and am on my way to finishing it, which I almost never do (most of them get used up as cooking wine after they have gone off after sitting unfinished for a week)
