Here in Northwest Arkansas, and from what I see on the satellite most of Oklahoma, we’re in the grip of a pretty severe ice storm. I’ve got a base coat of about an inch or so of ice on the ground and trees with more coming down. We are forecast for a few inches of snow and sleet to top it off tonight.

Electricity is sporatic, and satellite internet also comes and goes. We’re hearing the crash of trees on the hill behind us.

I sure hope that I’ve got enough wood in the dry to last until the thaw comes.
