I’m really forced to wonder at this point whether it isn’t just kids fooling around, at least for the most part. Impossible to know really.

I mean, obviously there are the lunatics, but I think it’s increasingly an internet practice to post offensive shit and to pretend to be an idiot. You see it all the time on sports blogs (esp. college sports) where people pretend to be uneducated followers of their rivals’ teams in order to make them look bad.
