That’s Google Adsense picking the ads. Ad buyers can choose to have their ads show up on sites that use certain keywords, and the Arpaio ad must have been triggered by that. Possibly the words Obama or Breitbart in this case. I could block them, but I kind of like the idea of Sheriff Arpaio paying me to criticize him.
