Doom porn has always been my thing, unfortunately. I read one chapter of “The Hot Zone” and spent years expecting to die vomiting my stomach into the street. I read an article about electromagnetic pulses once and was convinced for over a week that the EMPs were about to drop and society would fall to pieces.

I don’t know if I’m just envisioning the worst again or if I’m finally the clear-sighted one. :(
