The only DT supporters I could sort of understand (although still not agree with ) were those who are convinced that society and the economy are on the verge of collapse and electing Trump will bring about the inevitable disaster that much earlier so we can start rebuilding…

Those people are the worst imho, because they were gambling with other people’s lives. I never saw someone espouse that opinion who was truly at risk such as immigrants facing deportation themselves. It always came from those on the safe side of the comfort divide.

The only DT supporters whose motives I understand are the true sociopaths among the wealthy. At least they were honest about how little other people’s lives and safety mattered in comparison to their own desire to reduce their tax bill.
