Pretty much. Up the thread someone posted a link to Reuters (rummaging in my history):

about the attack hitting many places in the Ukraine, Gazprom in Russia, and concerns it would spread to North America this morning.

You know, it’s alleged the NSA originally came up with the tool now being used for these attacks. Would be nice if the NSA came out with a fix for this.
