Tomorrow, cioppino, pot roast with onion and mushroom gravy and pureed potato/celery root.

I do both Canadian and American Thanksgiving dinners. Still only me, hubs and mom in law.

Mom comes over ever Saturday. She kinda fresks me out because I’d like her to be more careful, but until the caseloads increase here we’re letting it side (we’ve had like 8 cases (population 75k) since the 2nd wave hit).
