There needs to be greater attention paid when firearms are involved in a scene. The legendary shootout scene in Heat (one of the greatest ever put to film, IMHO) is an example of it done right. No one was killed or injured.

Greater than what? Do we know what attention was paid?
(It looks like Hollywood is removing real guns from their productions en masse as a result of this incident. Works for me.)
