Watching the PUBG event from Katowice this morning - that’s the sort of gun fetish I can get behind: all virtual.

Anyway, so I’m a bit confuzzled about the Dem “reply memo” release. A couple weeks back, Trump basically said “no, I won’t release it, nyah nyah”. But the (exec branch) agencies did redaction on it and it was actually released this weekend.

So… what changed? I’ve been looking in the reporting, but other than some comments about the two sides within the committee (wow, is that actually the right spelling) being in negotiations about it I haven’t found any discussion of whether Trump signed off on doing so or if somehow it got out through a different declassification path, or who changed their mind in general, or even any analysis of why.

I feel like I’m being gaslighted, kinda.
