Well, my meter underwent recalibration when Trump was running for winning the nomination, then was recalibrated again when he was elected.

So yeah, paying off multiple mistresses doesn’t seem to mean as much anymore.

I’m honestly not even sure I would have cared if this had happened to some other politician before 2016.

In previous sex scandals the issue has been either been abusing the power of the office (a typically bipartisan affair) or hypocrisy (typically a Republican specialty). Which is why I feel like the Stormy Daniels story is the least relevant issue in Trump’s coming downfall.
