The local Tealiban here in Lubbock are working on a major push to oust Congressman Randy Neugebauer. Randy is best known to the sane world for shouting “liar!” at President Obama and for co-sponsoring a birther bill. Nevertheless, the kook lobby regards him as a closet lib and a RINO, possibly because he has not come out against funding public schools or in favor of reparations to the descendants of former slave owners.
