Uh, they FEMA deadline for West Texas isn’t until June 18th. That’s 6 days away. I’m calling bullshit on this AP crap.

FEMA is providing loans for homeowners, but not giving money for West to rebuild infrastructure and schools. And I don’t think they should…West should sue the fertilizer plant.
