To me, an outsider, it looks like Labor is winning more from the SNP than defeating the Tories, who are now down just one seat.
Here’s something that might help explain that:

From what I understand, the UK has the same craptastic first-past-the-post election system as Canada, which means if the vote in a progressive riding splits between several progressive (or at least non-conservative) parties, the conservative can eke out a plurality win. That’s how Steven Harper’s wannabe-republicans won a majority government with only 39% of the popular vote.
