I am, but whether this was enough for Franken to lose his job over is a political, not a legal issue. Franken himself made the decision that once there were eight accusers and a large portion of his Caucus had called for his resignation that the politic decision was to resign. Legally he was entitled to hold his seat for the remainder of his term unless the Senate expelled him.
