It pisses me off to no end that the actual words of Christ Jesus are so little remembered while there is nothing holding them to what He said. Why can I fight someone like Anyonymous when my people refuse to live up to their teachings? I am christian. I fight for what I believe that means. I also say that as long as Christianity exists as it currently does in America, then he is what they expect. \

Yes, I know what you’re going to say, Anymouse. But here’s my serious question for you. I believe. I want to make our beliefs match our words. How am I supposed to live up to that circumstance when so much of the people you quote are against it? I want everyone to live with us to make our life what they expect. May god have mercy on us all…

I actually don’t know what to say.

You and I probably want pretty much the same thing: The Golden Rule. Treat others as you wish to be treated has been incorporated by many religious faiths throughout the centuries, though it is not specifically religious in nature.

If one was to boil down the words ascribed to Jesus in the New Testament, the Golden Rule would be a fair summary I think.
