By claiming that the President is their client, does that mean the judge is affirming Trump’s declaration of being king?

Or does the judge mean that the client is the American people as a whole or the Constitution, not the President that this DoIJ is working exclusively on behalf of?

The situation was put in the framework of Facebook’s lawyers saying one thing and then Zuckerberg himself making a public statement saying another, at which point she’d drag the lawyers in to say that she doesn’t seem to think they’re speaking for their client anymore. But the implication is pretty clear: She doesn’t think the DOJ is telling her the truth because they say one thing and then Donny says something totally at odds with what they’re telling her.
