I really think he talked before he thought a lot. I’m not saying W is smart but I think some of it was more like Biden than we may think. I do think one thing is for sure. W had no business being President and he wouldn’t have been President if his father who certainly was a smart guy (honestly the most intelligent Republican standard bearer since Nixon) but I don’t see him as absurdly stupid the way Trump is.
