Maryland is a Stay At Home state in all but name.

Non-essential business closed, don’t be in a group of 10 or more.

I listened to Hogan speak on Monday about where the state should go, and while he may be a republican, he is a MD republican , spoke well, and was reassuring and thoughtful.
