Biden has nominated the first Muslim Woman to the federal judiciary as he continues to diversify the federal bench. TFG, of course overwhelmingly nominated white men. This Democratic push to get as many federal judges confirmed as possible is critically important to maintaining the rule of law and some semblance of democratic governance.
