The violence on our Southern border is one step from war!
The Cartels are well armed and on both sides of the border.
Law enforcement is at the end of their rope .Officers are killed/asasinated

I think this might be a bit of an exaggeration, but I would like to know if the states are allowed to use their National Guard troops to patrol the boarders?
