Yummy. Lately, my wife has been peeling and taking them apart them and then broiling them, sometimes ‘til their soft and sometimes ‘til their crunchy, depending on her mood.
Ten years ago I wouldn’t go near a sprout. Now I love ‘em.
My husband doesn’t much like them. Since there aren’t a whole lot of things he doesn’t eat, I try to respect his preference. Even if they can be tasty to some of us.
