Trump must be the most unpersonable President in history. He’s always angry, always scowling, always complaining. When he does crack a smile it looks terribly forced and insincere. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him genuinely laugh. The guy is never happy, ever.

There’s just no humanity or decency in him at all I don’t think.

There does not seem to be any video or personal testimony anywhere of Trump actually laughing.

The phenomenon has been noticed.
