Can I vent?

Is it Friday the 13th…or a full moon? I go to log-in to my email and it says my account is closed because of too many login attempts. One try. I was in earlier too. And it is not like it is a new password. I know it by heart.

They said it must have been some kind of glitch on their part. Oh really.

And then I get into my email after dealing with ATT.

Do people read anymore, or just glance and assume?

I wrote an very detailed email to a printer and spelled out what I need and am looking for, etc.

They then sent me an email asking all of the questions that are covered in the email I sent?

I get the feeling the person in charge of responding never saw my email, they were just told this customer (#) is interested in Every Door Direct Mail postcards, so they ask all of the basic questions I covered.

Arrrrgh! It may be one of those days.
