Making voting a cool thing. I see some of the younger people who vote for the first time. Their family comes with them to the polling place and they take pictures of the whole process. They are very positive.

When I was a kid, a local grocery store would accept your “I voted” sticker as payment for a candy bar.

Maybe giving them to everyone is too much (130 million candy bars at a dollar each)… but there should be something for first-time voters. Maybe a choice of either a candy bar or a piece of fruit.
