Holy shit!
So, my last day at the golf course was today. I was a cook there. Shrimp and grits? I’ve cooked that meal 50 times in the last three months. The chef - who’s from Atlanta, big white dude who likes fast motorcycles - called it his “signature dish.” lol
We used chorizo sausage, five shrimp, tomatoes and onions, tossed in red wine then smothered in a garlic butter sauce, placed atop some grits. $21. Includes a small salad.
