This has happened to me too many times.
Do. Not. Touch. Me.
OMG OMG OMG. This used to happen when I had long hair (just long thick hair) and I dyed it red. The worst was the touching I had to endure when I flew. The TSA agents would be all through my hair and I could not tell them to stop touching me because who wants to end up in secondary screening? I know black women get it a lot more than a Whitey McWhiterson like me and just thinking about it is making my skin crawl.
