Defeated Rep. Bruce Poliquin Calls for Lengthy Ranked Choice Recount

I was listening to an interview today on Sirius about Maine’s ranked choice vote. Other countries have used it for national elections for decades. Very interesting approach; it ensures that candidate gets a majority of the votes for a win not just a plurality.
