Women, in general, have underdeveloped egos, due to centuries of patriarchy. On the other hand, men’s egos are systematically enhanced. This is ‘good’ for a few, and destructive to the rest; men, women, and especially everybody else.

It can be overcome in a few generations. We have begun. But for now, keeping women in the room will reduce the ego-content.
