He can’t pardon Roof since Roof’s crimes were within South Carolina’s jurisdiction. Oops seeing that Roof has a federal and state sentence.

I’m sure his good buddy Foghorn Leghorn Henry McMaster, our illustrious governor would coordinate with him in any way he wanted. (Doubt the vulgar talking yam gives a single shit about Roof—not a big donor, not of much political currency.)
