It’s becoming more obvious that the plan is to declare the election “over” on Election Night, that any votes counted past midnight are “invalid,” and try to use the courts to overrule states who continue to count those “invalid” votes rather than simply certifying results that declare Trump the “winner.”

Except if Trump is behind on Election Night. Then he will have to adopt a different strategy. Maybe freeze counts in states where he is ahead and allow continued counts in states where he is behind? Maybe challenge any red state results that go for Biden? Interesting to see what stunt he pulls. Or maybe if he loses, take a plane to Moscow on November 3?
