Based on my bare knowledge of genetics, I couldn’t in good conscience sign such a thing if I had a child, because if they were a girl, it’s entirely possible she could be XY with androgen sensitivity, which is not something that isn’t picked up except through specialized testing. And that’s before getting into how sex is not equal to gender. *headdesk*
