Honestly I think it was more of a network decision than a GOP decision. Trump = rowdiness and ratings. Without Trump what do you have left? I doubt many people would tune in to watch Kasich and Cruz go at each other.

Trump has the GOP by the balls now and he knows it, especially with Rubio having dropped out. Without Trump there can’t really BE any true debates. Wait until you see all the stipulations Donald puts on the next debate…
