I think they’ve been eating their own sh*t and drinking their own piss too long, and it has made them bonkers.

On a more serious note, I think they’ve lived in their own bubble way too long and have completely internalized their flawed view of the world. No way a nuclear attack by us on NK or NK on us would be a “winner.”

Also, in the same way that global warming is too big a problem and too awful for many people to contemplate, much less deal with the results thereof, they don’t believe Trump will really nuke anyone. Or that there could be a retaliation.
