It’s all in Czech. What she’s talking about is how bad posture, in standing, walking, sitting, sleeping, can lead to difficulties later on in life. Also, when people overdo it during exercise; she then goes on to talk about how physiotherapy can help people in those situations.

She’s a physiotherapist.
