This exactly how I feel. We are the party of women’s rights. We have to walk that walk while we are talking about it.

I basically come down to something like this, that we weren’t going to game our way out of this shit sandwich that Franken created with, at best, his incredibly poor judgement. I don’t see how simply prolonging the spectacle out of some idealistic adherence to the principle of due process would’ve ended with Democrats being in a stronger position.
