Watch for ballparks to be used as vaccination centers in larger metropolitan areas. Incentivize companies to give employees paid time off (even hourly) for getting vaccinated. Expect companies to provide in office vaccination (I got a flu shot at one company when the CEO had a nurse come in and jab everyone in a single day). Send vaccination vans into rural areas…vaccinate schools of children (and their parents) at the same time. There are ways to get around bottlenecks if we’re willing.

No doubt. I guess my disappointment/concern lies in the fact that these many months in those plans have yet to be articulated , in advance of the availability of the doses. Locally, registration and administration (for front line workers and the most vulnerable) has been disorganized.

One thing I feel is sorely needed is a universal registration data base program, that could have been provided to the states, to be shared with, and administrate by. their local governing bodies, counties for instance. This data base could then be sorted for prioritization by age, zip codes for hot zones, ect for appointments. A plan would prevent a lot of the chaos for the most vulnerable.
