I just did a skim through the file. There are considerable redactions in Volume I, not so much so for the other volumes. Most of the redactions are classified as “harm to ongoing matter”.

Ongoing matter likely refers to Manafort and Stone. But there are still ongoing investigations in the EDVA and SDNY.
