Every single time there’s been a high-profile firing from the White House, it has been somebody who the press has reported repeatedly on disagreeing with Donny in-person or in the press. And since the man’s ego will not brook any disloyalty, he fired Bolton in his usual way, i.e. the most embarrassing way he could think short of having the man drug from the WH kicking and screaming.
