I don’t know anything about Utah politics either. I just know that Huntsman is a smart, charismatic guy who doesn’t come across like a wingnut, and who could, in theory, run for higher office at some point. Thing is, getting him out of Utah not only gave Obama an ambassador to China that’s fluent in Mandarin, but it gets Huntsman the hell away from all the Bad Crazy that’s going on in the GOP these days. Plus, it burnishes his resume for later.

No, W.H.V. is very, very funny indeed.
