Doesn’t it bother you that there’s an assertion in the 2nd amendment that is completely untrue?

Regardless of what anyone believes, the Second Amendment has been adjudicated an Individual Right by the Supreme Court. They also declared it is a right that can be Regulated.

That is law, as interpreted, that we have to work with.
