You’re good at the debunking here, so what’s the reality of the situation? Did McDonalds hire someone to check to see if their Dearborn locales were conforming to Halal standards?

McD advertised that the sandwiches at 2 of their Dearborn locations were halal, but served customers non-halal when they ran out.

Kosher establishments are prohibited from serving non-kosher on their premises, and they have a supervisor on site while food is being stored, prepared and served. I do not think that Halal is that stringent.
