Just to play devil’s advocate here, on a few of these items, it really isn’t a zero-sum situation. Many of the “lost” votes for these groups weren’t going to vote for a Democrat, no matter who the candidate was.
We can concentrate on a few of them, however that DID have a direct impact:

Jill Stein Voters/Blank Presidential Ballot (how many of these were hardcore Berniebros who were intent on sabotaging Clinton’s vote count)
Voter ID
Voter Purges
Voter Suppression/Intimidation
Media false equivalences
