Social Security cards with photos prove nothing in regard to voter eligibility, and “affordable passport cards” is just another version of a poll tax.

A universal national ID card, free of charge, to all citizens. Another version issued to all legal resident aliens to prove their legality to work or apply for benefits or enroll children in schools.

Cheaper than a wall and it will pay for itself within a few years in administrative and social cost savings…
